2. Exceptions (Eligible Refunds)

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error.
  • You paid but did not receive access to the course within 24 hours.
  • The course was not as described or the content was missing or broken, and we failed to resolve the issue within 3 working days.

3. How to Request a Refund
